Panda Ultra is the marketing-led member of Alpha Robotics' Panda family. It still carries food, on lit trays in a rack beside its body that take up to 40 kg, but the front of the robot is given over to an 18.5-inch portrait advertising screen, with a separate 10.1-inch touchscreen for operation. In a restaurant, hotel lobby, supermarket or shopping mall it works as a moving brand display that also delivers.

Interaction is the other difference. Alpha's own SmartStar language model handles spoken conversation, and the robot switches between four working modes: food delivery, circulation, blessing and welcome. The advertising screen can run promotions, menus or birthday greetings. At the table, a tray light strip comes on with a voice announcement; the robot detects whether each tray is full or empty and moves on once the meal is collected, while a rear LED screen shows the delivery details.

Navigation fuses LiDAR with V-SLAM vision for quick mapping and stable positioning in large dining rooms, and the robot passes through aisles as narrow as 65 cm. It moves at up to 1.5 m/s on an automotive-grade chassis, weighs 50 kg at 530 × 430 × 1,350 mm, and runs 10 hours or more per charge from a 12.9 Ah battery, recharging in 1.5 hours.

Choose Panda Ultra when being noticed is part of the job (promotions, launches, guest engagement) and delivery comes with it. If speed and volume at table service matter more than the screen, the standard Panda is the plainer runner.
