The Geek+ P500R is a shelf-to-person picking robot: it drives beneath a storage rack, raises the whole shelf 60 mm off the floor, and carries it to a stationary picking operator. The operator never walks the aisles, and the racks themselves become the moving part of the warehouse.

Its working envelope is deliberately compact. A 950 x 702 x 275 mm chassis weighing 144 kg handles shelves up to 880 x 880 mm and payloads to 600 kg, travelling at 2 m/s empty and 1.5 m/s under load. The shelf is off the ground in four seconds, so the cycle penalty at each pick face stays small.

That combination suits small to mid-size fulfilment operations — e-commerce, spare parts, pharmacy and retail replenishment — where the stock is many small items across many SKUs rather than a few heavy pallets. Where racks or loads are larger, the P800R and P1200R cover the same workflow at higher capacity.
