Description
The PUDU MT1 is Pudu Robotics' AI-powered robotic sweeper for large indoor floors — warehouses, factories, malls, stations and campuses of up to 100,000 m². Dual-disc brushes sweep a 70 cm path and take leaves and bottles as easily as fine dust, while active dust control — high-flow negative-pressure ventilation and a filter — traps particles in the 35 L box to prevent secondary pollution.
What makes the MT1 efficient is that it finds the trash: AI cameras recognise waste in real time and keep learning through deep-learning updates, and AI spot cleaning drives straight to what they find during routine patrols — PUDU rates it at up to five times the efficiency of a blanket pass, with spot cleaning up to 6,000 m²/h and all-covered cleaning up to 1,800 m²/h.
Navigation combines LiDAR SLAM, VSLAM and markers with three-dimensional depth perception and multi-sensor fusion, so the sweeper adapts to people, pallets and changing layouts and passes gaps of 75 cm with zero-gap edge cleaning along walls. An extendable steering handle lets staff move it between areas by hand, the trash bin and consumables are quick-release modules, and the quick-release screen simplifies manual control.
With the optional auto-empty station the MT1 heads to the station when its bin is full, empties into an on-site trash bin and resumes cleaning without manual intervention. A 4–8 hour run-time, fast charging in under 3 hours and automatic docking add up to 24/7 operation — three full charge cycles a day. Elevator and e-gate integration and PUDU Link management connect it to the building.
