The Realman RX75-6FB-V is an ultra-lightweight humanoid-configuration robotic arm from the RM-series, built around a human-scale geometry with shoulder–elbow–wrist joint groupings that suit human-like reachability and intuitive teleoperation and teaching. Based on the RM75 platform, it offers 7 degrees of freedom, a 610 mm standard working radius, a 5 kg payload, and ±0.05 mm repeatability, in an aluminium-class body with an integrated controller that simplifies mounting and wiring in tight spaces such as benchtops, mobile bases, and compact fixtures. As a "6FB" six-axis force variant, it is configured for force/torque sensing and compliant control (six-axis force range 200 N / 7 N·m, ±0.5% full-scale accuracy), central to many humanoid-arm use cases.

The RX75-6FB-V is well suited to research and education — robotics teaching, ROS/MoveIt experimentation, and manipulation research — as well as force-guided assembly and compliant manipulation such as press-fit insertion, connector mating, surface following, torque-limited fastening, and teach-by-hand programming. It also supports lab automation and sample handling, and mobile manipulation on AMRs, small carts, and space-constrained kiosks and demo systems. A multi-interface design with Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, USB serial, and RS-485, together with drag/teach, teaching-pendant, API, and JSON control — plus API support across C/C++/C#/Python and ROS — makes it a flexible platform for rapid iteration rather than bespoke industrial cell engineering.
