The Wonik WR1000CV moves pallets of up to 1,000 kg and hands them over by conveyor. Its onboard 1,100 x 1,100 x 100 mm pallet conveyor passes each load across to stationary transfer equipment at the pick-up and drop-off points, so the robot neither lifts nor tows.

That makes the stations part of the project. Every end of a route needs a matching transfer point, and the deck and the station have to line up for a pallet to pass across reliably, which is why the ±10 mm docking accuracy with a QR code matters more here than the ±20 mm of a general stop. Station compatibility and transfer height are confirmed with the quotation.

It is the largest robot in the family at 1,250 x 1,500 x 854 mm, only slightly bigger than the deck it carries, and it suits standardized pallet loads moving repeatedly between fixed points: production lines to buffer or storage areas, palletizing equipment to dispatch, material supply loops for manufacturing cells, and links between conveyor segments where fixed conveyors are impractical to extend. SLAM navigation handles the travel, and route changes are a software matter.

The WR1000LF shares its payload, 8-inch driving wheels, DC50V / 50Ah battery and speeds, but lifts pallets in a 318 mm body instead of conveying them.
